The actress is starring and producing the movie. She was also seen celebrating Diwali with the director. 二 | 加快构建布局协同优化、供应安全稳定、开发绿色智能、利用清洁高效、治理科学规范的现代煤炭产业体系，能够为建设能源强国、构建新型能源体系提供坚强支撑。　　“十四五”时期，我国煤炭开发布局持续优化，煤炭产量达到48.5亿吨；煤炭产业结构持续优化，行业自主创新能力整体跃升；现代煤炭市场体系建设持续深化，电煤保供中长期合同制度不断健全，煤炭市场价格形成机制逐步完善。　　“十五五”时期是煤炭转型发展的重要变革期，煤炭消费将迎来达峰。聚焦建设现代煤炭产业体系这一主线，规划提出九方面重点任务，即优化煤炭开发空间布局，加快煤炭产业结构优化升级，加强煤炭产供储销体系建设，推动煤矿智能化迭代升级，加快煤炭绿色低碳转型，加强煤炭清洁高效利用，增强煤炭科技创新能力，强化煤炭安全生产管理，提升行业治理现代化水平。　　规划部署煤炭供应保障基地建设、煤矿智能化建设迭代升级、煤炭与新能源融合发展、商品煤质量提升、煤炭技术装备创新五方面重大工程。　　此外，规划将《煤层气（煤矿瓦斯）开发利用方案》作为附件一并印发，方案提出到2030年，煤层气产量260亿立方米，瓦斯利用量65亿立方米。
