三 | ) 中国新闻社与中国传媒大学新闻学院持续开展“世界华文传媒新媒体影响力”测评项目，2023年下半年榜根据2023年下半年世界华文传媒新媒体的业务数据发布。 2023年下半年世界华文传媒新媒体影响力榜由“新媒体影响力总榜”1个总榜，“网站影响力榜”、“社交媒体影响力榜”、“短视频影响力榜”3个分榜构成，共计4个榜单。考虑到媒体所在地区的母语环境，这4个榜单按照海外地区和港澳台地区分别发榜。
四 | 与往期榜单相比，本次榜单在以下方面进行了调整： 一是优化榜单的数据结构和计算规则，在参考平台中增加短视频平台，包括YouTube、TikTok、微信视频号、抖音、Bilibili；在主要数据指标中增加短视频平台数据，包括粉丝量、播放量、发文量、点赞量、转发量、评论量、收藏量。 二是新增“短视频影响力榜”1个分榜，停止发布“社交媒体辐射力榜”、“社交媒体生产力榜”、“社交媒体互动力榜”、“网站辐射力榜”、“网站互动力榜”5个子榜。
五 | 2023年下半年世界华文传媒新媒体发展趋势分析 2023年下半年同2023年上半年相比，华文媒体的网站业务格局变动较小，而主要社交媒体平台的业务在经历了持续性的增长后，呈现了一定程度的放缓。 社交媒体平台方面，粉丝量较上半年增长约0.52%，发文量增长约0.58%，可见各华文媒体基本已经完成了社交媒体业务的布局和投入，进入到相对稳定的态势。
